The son and student of renowned bow maker and pernambuco conservationist Floriano Schaeffer, Vanderson Schaeffer decided to enter the family business and has begun to establish a reputation for himself as a skilled bow maker. Vanderson also had the opportunity to study bow making under Pierre Guillaume in his Brussels workshop. As a result, he is one of the few makers employed by Arcos Brasil that makes their signature Special Edition bows. This bow features a round pernambuco stick, nickel silver fittings, and a mother of pearl frog inlay.
