First introduced in 2002 as Tartini Rosin, it was quickly recognized as distinct among rosins by world-renowned string players and string lovers, leading to great demand and worldwide distribution. In 2005, Andrea Bang introduced an upgraded version called "Andrea", which was designed to provide even more sensitive and sophisticated sound enhancement than "Tartini".

A Piacere has the exact same formula as the Tartini "GREEN", which provides the effortless bow control with even sound production.

Available in formulas designed for Violin, Viola, and Cello and packaged in half-cake and full-cake sizes.

Note: In 2020, Cremona in America changed their rosin’s brand name from Andrea to Cecilia. Cremona in America states that the Solo, Sanctus and A Piacere formulas have remained the same, while they have added an additional formula - Signature.
